The IfTA Dy­naMaster  sys­tem of­fers the per­fect anal­y­sis tool for de­vel­op­ers, main­te­nance per­son­nel and ex­ter­nal ser­vice providers to quick­ly iden­ti­fy crit­i­cal or sub­op­ti­mal plant and ma­chine con­di­tions. The sys­tem al­ready of­fers nu­mer­ous anal­y­sis op­tions dur­ing the vi­bra­tion mea­sure­ment. This makes it a pow­er­ful tool that en­ables you to quick­ly iden­ti­fy er­rors and risks when op­er­at­ing com­bus­tion plants or ro­tat­ing ma­chines.

DY­NAMASTER FOR MO­BILE AND STA­TION­ARY USE

The IfTA Dy­naMaster vi­bra­tion mea­sure­ment sys­tem is ideal for mo­bile use. In con­trast to IfTA Ar­gusOMDS, SmartPro­tect and AIC sys­tems it does not pro­vide any pro­tec­tion func­tions. How­ev­er, this pro­tec­tion func­tion­al­i­ty can be added at any time to con­vert the sys­tem into an IfTA pro­tec­tion and mon­i­tor­ing sys­tem IfTA Ar­gusOMDS.

Iong-term Anal­y­sis of Dy­nam­ic Mea­sure­ment and Oper­at­ing Data

IfTA

The IfTA DataHub soft­ware col­lects all data on a Win­dows based PC to ar­chive, store and dis­trib­ute it on­line in a net­work for vi­su­al­iza­tion pur­pos­es. The sources of the data is not only the IfTA  Sig­nalMin­er with dy­nam­ic data, but also data from OPC, DataSock­et or other pro­pri­etary in­ter­faces that record the op­er­at­ing con­di­tions of the ma­chine or en­vi­ron­men­tal in­flu­ences. Merg­ing all these data al­lows the dy­nam­ic data to be viewed in a con­text. In ad­di­tion, com­pact over­view files are cre­at­ed by merg­ing data chrono­log­i­cal­ly and log­i­cal­ly. Thus, it is pos­si­ble to pro­vide a daily over­view of the ma­chine be­hav­ior, which re­quires only a few MB of data and is also eas­i­ly re­triev­able by re­mote ac­cess. The func­tions of stor­age, trig­ger­ing, fil­ter­ing and sum­ma­ry can be freely parametrized.

The data anal­y­sis soft­ware IfTA TrendView­er im­press­es with its fast and sim­ple anal­y­sis of ex­ten­sive mea­sure­ment data. It of­fers a wide range of vi­su­al­iza­tion op­tions and al­lows a very fast work­flow thanks to sim­ple and in­tu­itive drag & drop op­er­a­tion. The dis­play can be adapt­ed to the user's re­quire­ments with just a few clicks.

The con­nec­tion to Mat­lab ex­tends the ver­sa­tile, in­te­grat­ed cal­cu­la­tion func­tions and makes TrendView­er a uni­ver­sal vi­su­al­iza­tion and anal­y­sis tool for mea­sure­ment data.

IfTA TrendView­er was award­ed the MessTec & Sen­sor Masters Award 2016 as the most in­no­va­tive prod­uct in the field of mea­sure­ment tech­nol­o­gy.
